Light boxes

Light boxes are traditionally lit with fluorescent tubes. They are often double sided and installed so that they protrude from the wall like flag signs. A light box lit with LEDs rather than fluorescent tubes can be made much slimmer and is more energy-efficient. The faces of the boxes are made of acrylic, painted sheet metal or printed canvas. Large series of light boxes can be made of vacuum-formed acrylic plastic.
